Training Material License Agreement Terms and Conditions
License Agreement
The Supplier retains author’s copyright of all material. The Agreement grants the Licensee is with unlimited use of the training course material on a non-exclusive basis.
Payment
Full payment is required by the Licensee before training course material is made available for download. Prices exclude VAT and this will be applied at the current UK rate.
Use of material
Use of this material is restricted solely to delivering training courses.
Resale
Resale of any original training course material or any modified version of in any format is not permitted.
Duration of agreement
The duration of the Agreement will commence from the time of purchase and will continue indefinitely unless terminated by the Supplier. The Agreement shall only be terminated if the Licensee does not conform to the terms and conditions of the Agreement.
Responsibilities of the Licensee
The Licensee has responsibility to ensure that unauthorised access is not provided to any other party. The Licensee cannot publish any training course material online that can be accessed publically. The Licensee must also ensure that all employees must conform to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Applicable Law
The details of the License Agreement shall be applicable in accordance with English law.
