We only use our own tutors – Unlike most other training providers who use associate tutors, Spearhead Training purely uses its own trainers. We believe this is the only way to ensure high quality and effective training therefore maximising your return on investment.

Tutors with a successful track record – We have hand selected our tutor team, all of who have a proven track record and successful careers holding relevant positions to the subjects that they deliver before joining Spearhead Training. They therefore have a great deal of direct experience in their chosen subjects. This gives a great deal of credibility with delegates therefore increasing buy-in and effectiveness of the subject matter.

Tutors who are in touch with current issues – Not only do all of our tutors commit to constant and ongoing research and development. Where possible, they also perform the job roll within Spearhead that matches the subjects that they deliver training. For example, our sales trainers still actively perform a sales role for Spearhead and are therefore very much up to date with current real life issues. This also gives valuable credibility with the delegates in the training room further increasing the effectiveness of the training.

100% effort – We limit the number of training days that our tutors can run courses to an average maximum of three days per week. This ensures that they are fresh and highly dedicated when running our courses so that delegates get the most from their training experience with us.

Small groups on open courses for individual attention – We limit the numbers who can attend our open courses to ensure that each delegate receives individual attention and feedback.

Tutor briefing and de-briefing – If you or a member of staff has any special requirements, you can brief the tutor direct before the training course. We can arrange for you to speak to the tutor direct before the training takes place. In addition, if you would like post course tutor feedback, we are happy to provide this for you. Please note this is always helpful if we know this requirement in advance of the training.

The complete package with nothing extra to pay with our comprehensive course support material – Delegates attending our course receive full course material to support their learning. This material includes copies of any visual slides used on the programme, a CD Rom containing detailed course notes as reference material. In addition many of the handouts and exercises form working tools to their job role. Each delegate also receives a certificate of attendance at the end of the course.
