I am still waiting the feedback from the RSM’s but just wanted to say I thought last week’s course went extremely well.  Following Mike’s initial comments about the course I was expecting it to be good but I have to say that it was even better than I expected.  The course content was absolutely spot on and Clive Liddle is a first class trainer/coach.  There were no films or PowerPoint slide shows just good training, group activities and delegate involvement.  I think everyone left with eyes opened and raring to try new ways of doing things.  If anything comes back even slightly negative I will be shocked.
As an aside, I thought it was also very good for team building with all the RSM’s particularly with the Irish guys.

I attended the 1 day Conflict Management course yesterday, tutored by Clive Liddle, and wanted to provide feedback regarding the course and also about Clive himself.
I found the course very well structured and excellently presented.  The use of practical examples and exercises throughout the day, using scenarios from our own experience, was a great way to ensure the course topics were understood and gave us the opportunity to relate them to real life situations.
Clive’s grasp of the subject and skill in presenting it was second to none and ensured that the core topics were easily understood and practiced effectively.  Clive is a very big asset to Spearhead and because of the professional way the course was delivered, I will certainly be recommending it to colleagues.
All in all I found the course great value for money and learnt a lot from it.

Firstly I would like to say it was a pleasure meeting you yesterday and I personally found the workshop extremely interesting and useful.
It really did give an understanding of what is required and the way to move forward.  Interestingly it demonstrated that the same principles can be applied irrespective of the industry or the aspect of business.

The training was absolutely brilliant.
Barry was an inspiration.  He was upbeat and coped very well with some of our challenging staff.  The pace was great, and kept our interest all day.
I for one have learnt so much and today alone I have used the prioritisation technique, and managed to do the dreaded job by 9.30am and now have the rest of the day stress and guilt free.  Usually I would be felt bad all day, and eventually forced my self to do the task at the end of the day in my own time.
