Richard Stone
Richard joined Spearhead Training in May 2000. Since joining, he has specialised in delivering a range of Spearhead Training's open courses along with the design, audit and delivery of bespoke in-house training programmes. He has also delivered training throughout Europe to numerous world leading companies.
When he is not training, Richard forms part of the Spearhead Training senior management team, performing a number of executive duties for the company. He is therefore very much in touch with the challenges faced in businesses today, and is considered to be a businessperson who also trains professionals.
Richard is very committed to individual development and helping people to do better that which they already do well, with a view to improving business performance. His positive style and sense of humour make him a popular choice of tutor.
Before joining Spearhead Training, Richard has gained extensive experience from working for a number of both national and multinational companies and has enjoyed considerable success in his career working in the Business to Business and Consumer market places.
