Paul Green
Paul has spent over twenty-five years in the FMCG food manufacturing industry and held various Sales, Marketing and Management roles.
Initially with Golden Wonder Ltd, progressing to Pillsbury U.K. Ltd and finally with Chivers Hartley Ltd, where he was involved in the integration of the Haywards product portfolio.
During his time at Pillsbury, he led and championed their "preferred supplier" initiative, following research in Canada with its sister company, and launched it with four key cornerstones:

Since January 1998 he has been involved in designing and delivering Spearhead Training's public courses and tailor-made in-company programmes in both Sales and Management.
Flexible and comfortable with both classroom and field based coaching, Paul is committed to passing on his experience and skills to improve each delegate's performance.
