John Baylis
John started his business career as a trainee with Ford of Britain in the early sixties and later moved on to the Unilever Group.
He spent several years in the Technical and Sales Training department of the Massey-Ferguson Perkins Group and during that time rose to the position of Senior Marketing Training Specialist in charge of sales, and sales/service management training.
Since then John has held senior sales management positions with Massey-Ferguson Group in various parts of the world including Africa, Asia Pacific, Middle East and Europe, as well as a period as Worldwide Sales and After Sales Co-ordinator reporting to the Vice President of Aftersales and Technical Service Operations.
His most recent assignment, prior to joining the Spearhead Team, was as Marketing Director of a Ford joint venture project based in Karachi.
John brings with him broad international commercial experience with a sound knowledge of training and is now a Course Director with Spearhead Training Group.
