Barry Hibbard
Barry has experience in senior and front line positions in management. He has enjoyed success by recruiting and directing excellent teams ensuring they operate from a strong base. He has excelled at operating with high levels of responsibility from his time as Sales & Service Director for the largest sales force in the UK.
He has a relaxed style that is readily and easily related to, thus endearing positive responses from most people. He also brings a refreshing level of enthusiasm to the subject matter, which has the effect of energising the delegates that he tutors.
He "majors" on sales and management skills, and brings a refreshing attitude and ideas to these important areas. He has successfully written and delivered programmes involving people development, management and customer inter face skills. Barry is also an excellent coach working with individuals to ensure they reach their full potential. Another particular area of expertise is managing change within a business and dealing with the challenges that it presents.
Barry has an excellent record of working with large blue chip companies during the eight years that he has been a tutor. He delivers tailored in-house training programmes for clients along with running a number of Spearhead Training's open courses.
An active participant in sport, Barry continues to be a leader in a competitive environment by being captain of his local cricket team and a member of the local tennis team.
