The course is aim is to develop delegates’ telephone selling skills. The course addresses the challenges of selling by phone, which is widely accepted as far more difficult than face to face selling. This is a highly practical course including numerous exercises with feedback and review. During the course delegates will develop their individual approach to making calls. The course is run by tutors with current and up to date sales experience; they also perform a telephone selling role for Spearhead Training. Tutors will relate to the delegates individual challenges and provide relevant support and guidance. The course also includes role-play using tele-trainer equipment. This provides delegates with opportunity to review their own techniques. Tutor encourage delegates to identify their own leaning points in order that they are better equipped to coach themselves on the job.
