What is included in the fee

This is a practical and participative course to develop individual skills and techniques. There are a number of practical exercises where delegates receive individual review and tutor feedback. In addition, delegates learn from one another as they apply the techniques that that gain during the course.

The type of presentation that delegates make is taken into consideration at the beginning of the course. The key areas covered are planning and preparation, the delivery (including how to use you voice) and body language that develops your style, opening the presentation, sales presentation techniques, the use of visual aids and LCD projectors, presentations to buying groups and dealing with difficult questions.
