Who Will Benefit From This Course?

Designed for sales people, sales negotiators, account managers where negotiation is part of the sales process. Also designed for anyone involved in sales negotiations or has to negotiate with customers and buyers. It will benefit those wishing to develop their negotiation skills and techniques and also those who face tough buyers and want to know how to achieve the best outcome.

What is included in the fee

This course is a residential programme and includes additional group evening work designed to enhance the learning process. It is therefore advisable, but not mandatory, for delegates to stay at the venue. The venue used has been hand selected and provides the most effective combination of learning environment and value for money. Unless otherwise advised, delegates will be booked into the venue and will therefore be required to settle their bed, breakfast and evening meal costs with the venue upon departure. Course Objectives

- To provide each delegate with the knowledge to conduct negotiations in today’s tough markets with skilled buyers and without making excessive concessions.

- Allow each delegate to improve their selling and negotiating skills through a series of participative exercises.

What You Will Gain

Delegates will leave this programme with a better understanding of negotiating. They will have reviewed their own portfolio of skills and been given some personal development ideas. A practical tool kit of ideas and techniques to utilise in negotiations in order to achieve positive outcomes. A greater understanding of the techniques used by skilled buyers.

- Day One: Start 9.45 am - Finish 5.00 - 5.30 pm
- Day Two: Start 9.00 am - Finish 5.00 - 5.30 pm
- Day Three: Start 9.00 am - Finish 4.30 pm
