It will also be suitable for exhibition organisers and anyone who wishes to brief stand staff on good stand behaviour. There is no requirement for any prior knowledge or experience of working on an exhibition stand before attending this course. The course is also suitable for those who require some key pointers in how to work effectively on their exhibition stand.
What is included in the fee
The first part of the course covers the essential planning and preparation required to achieve success. The course begins by examining the nature of exhibitions and the unique issues of working on a stand. Setting exhibition objectives in order to measure success is clarified along with the key points that need to be considered to be fully organised. This is followed by looking at the practical steps of visitor engagement starting with opening discussions, identifying visitors credentials, what to present and demonstration techniques, dealing with difficult questions, objection handling and closing conversations. There are practical exercises at each key stage with individual tutor review to for delegates to build specific actions and techniques that they can utilise when next working on their stand. The course concludes by covering post exhibition follow-up and exhibition reviews.
