The session will involve delegates completing the Spearhead personality profiling Relationship Sales Value Profiling questionnaire which has been specifically designed to enhance the experience sales professional sales performance. The questionnaire will yield invaluable information about their individual sales style and their strengths and weaknesses. It will also highlight customers behaviour & buying criteria and identifying how to get the most out of the business relationship with a view to producing higher levels of sales success with all customers in all sales situations.
