Course Overview:
Successful teams are led by great leaders. This course uncovers delegates’ leadership style and develops their team leadership skills. The course has been carefully developed to provide delegates with an effective platform through which to hone their skills and maximise the effectiveness of their team. The course involves tutor lead interactive discussion, individual and syndicate exercises and review including tutor feedback. Delegates will leave the course having had the opportunity to review their leadership skill portfolio and with a host of ideas to lead their team to the next stage.
