Who Will Benefit From This Course?
This course is designed for first line supervisors and team leaders who have to manage people whilst still working as part of the team they supervise. It is the ideal course for those recently promoted into a supervisory position who want to understand how to supervise others effectively. It is also a very useful programme for those already in a supervisory role who have not had formal training or would like to refresh and update their skills.
Description of the Course
All course material, lunch and refreshments are provided on the programme.
Course Objectives
- To enable delegates to learn the basic people management techniques that will allow them to get maximum performance from their team.
- To build confidence in supervising others.
What You Will Gain
A comprehensive knowledge of the skills and techniques required to be an effective first line supervisor. Through exercises and case studies gain practical experience of the key supervisory skills.

- Day Two: Start 9.45 am - Finish 5.00 pm
