Course Overview:

DURATION: THREE DAY PROGRAMME

High performance from staff is a prerequisite to business success. This course considers all key aspects to achieving high performance from a team. Delegates will explore ways to develop their leadership skills with a view to leading a high performance team. The tutor draws from the experience of the delegates through participative discussion. There are exercises with review and feedback from the tutor throughout the course. Every delegate will be reinvigorated with a fresh perspective on leadership and will develop their leadership skills.
