Course Overview:

Duration – Two Days

This is an advanced level programme. It is for experienced managers and is designed to develop individual skills to deliver high performance from their people. The programme covers the issues facing management in today’s competitive employment market. There is particular focus on the people aspect and dealing with staff issues with a view to developing and maintaining staff performance. The course draws from the experience of the group and is a balance of tutorial input, discussion of issues, individual study, group problem solving.
