This is an advanced level programme. It is for experienced managers and is designed to develop individual skills in order to deliver high performance from their people. The programme covers the issues facing management in today’s competitive employment market. There is particular focus on the people aspect and dealing with staff issues with a view to developing and maintaining staff performance.
