There are specific advantages associated with 'in-company' working that make it the first choice for so many of our clients. For example, all the topics can be presented and discussed against the culture, practice and experiences of your company. The training is therefore perceived as wholly appropriate. New ideas are more quickly assimilated.
Any Management, Sales, Marketing, Business Skills, Executive PA or FMCG course on this website can be presented exclusively for your own people. We can work on your premises, at a venue of your choice, or at one of our own centres. Alternatively the training can be fully tailored. This ensures that the material is appropriate and makes the best use of training time. Sometimes what might take three days to cover in an open course (because of the need to consider different delegate situations) can be covered in two days 'in-company'. Saving time and money as well as enhancing delegates' interest and programme absorption.
'In-company' working is the natural choice where the training need is likely to be special, e.g. when particular emphasis needs to be given to one particular area of knowledge or behaviour such as attitudes to customers, making business proposals or appraising staff.
Programmes often start with an assessment or training audit to determine the level of need. The programme(s) can be followed up to see that the desired change takes place in ways that are not viable for delegates attending 'open' (or 'public') courses.
'In-company' working is particularly cost effective. The courses are only as long as they need to be to satisfy the objectives. The tutor travels to the delegates so their travel and hotel bills are saved. We can work on a fixed fee per day, usually less than open course fees.
If required, we can include training for most subjects within a Spearhead programme. This is possible through our network links with other specialists. For example we have included software training for salespeople within mainly selling skills programmes, print layout in marketing workshops and detailed employment law in management courses.
Any open course detailed on this website run exclusively for your staff at a venue and date of your choice.
We provide the same full service as you would receive on our open course. Our tutor travels to your chosen venue, saving time and travel costs for your people.
With few exceptions, the cost of delivering a course exclusively for you will be less than the cost of sending your people on an open course. We are happy to help you identify the right training for you and provide you with details of our charges.
Please note hire of venue is not included in the fee.
