Experiential Learning

Spearhead Training can design and deliver facilitated learning experiences related to teamwork, leadership and problem-solving skills to reinforce the processes of learning and self discovery at a specially prepared site at Beaulieu, Hampshire.

The learning process is most effective when people are involved in experiential learning situations. We design courses that engage participants in real tasks. These tasks act as a vehicle for individual and team process analysis and take into account the needs of individuals, teams and tasks. Video recordings can be made and viewed to aid process analysis and enhance self and general awareness.

Through review and discussion, delegates' awareness and knowledge levels are increased and applied to the workplace. This process is supported by participants personal notes, questionnaires, information sheets and action plans.

Experiential learning courses can be tailored and arranged on a day or residential basis, on weekdays or at weekends.
