This one-day workshop is for those who do not directly manage a budget but who want to be more confident in situations where finance is discussed (such as meetings). As such it is particularly useful for PAs, administrative and support staffand will ensure they are better able to support the management team.

On this fun but practical course you will gain an understanding of basic concepts of business finance: the jargon will be untangled, the concepts clearly explained and your questions answered.

Non-residential Courses

The course fee includes all course materials, use of video and other training equipment as required. Lunch and light refreshments are included in the fee for all courses of one day, or longer, in duration.
