Course Overview:
This course is for anyone with a procurement responsibility. The course will develop delegates’ procurement skills and is worth years of learning the hard way. The course examines each stage of the procurement process to develop a structured process for each delegate. The course also considers the negotiation aspect of procurement in order to achieve a favourable outcome. Delegates will discover their individual negotiation style and how that can be used to maximum effect.
