1 Day - On RequestThis workshop, created by Spearhead Training in association with the Institute of Interim Management (IIM), is designed to introduce delegates to the demands and challenges of a career as an interim manager.
The programme takes account of the latest information and changes in the market and working practices.
The essential function of this workshop is to provide delegates with a clear understanding of Interim Management as a career.
The programme will provide a forum for discussing the advantages and problems of moving from employee to full time, professional, Interim Manager. Delegates’ questions on how to present themselves and secure valuable contracts will be answered.
The workshop itself also provides an opportunity to network with others.
The workshops starts at 9.45 am with coffee and reception, and finishes at 5.30 pm. A 45 minute break is taken for lunch. Lunch and day time refreshments are included in the course fee.
