Non-residential Courses

The course fee includes all course materials, use of video and other training equipment as required. Lunch and light refreshments are included in the fee for all courses of one day, or longer, in duration. The number of delegates attending each course is limited in order to ensure individual participation. If overnight accommodation is required we can provide details of local hotels.

Description of Course:

This course looks at how employees can, through the way they work, add value to their company.

The course starts by looking at why businesses exist and how they make a profit. With this as a background, the programme then addresses how each employee can positively affect the success of their organisation through the contributions they make.

The course covers improving personal effectiveness when working alone, and when working with others.

Exercises, skill development sessions and self-analysis are used to help delegates understand the key training points and relate these to positive actions they can take at work.
