This is an introduction level training course for supervisors who have to supervise people whilst still working as part of a team. It is therefore aimed at newly appointed supervisors and those who are shortly to be assigned a supervisory role. The course will help delegates make the transition to their new role and deal with the challenge of supervising staff who where previously their peers. The course covers all key aspects of effective supervision and includes individual and delegate exercises to enhance learning. The contents of this course have been carefully designed to ensure that delegates leave the course with a host of practical ideas that they can implement in the work place.
