Who Will Benefit From This Course?

A three day training course for the more experienced manager, designed to equip individuals for a more senior management role. The key subjects of strategic business planning and implementation are the core subjects, dealt with in depth. Staff development, crucial to the growth of any organisation, is the second major topic covered, with case studies to bring out the key learning points. Managers will also learn how to cope with pressure, operating at the highest level of expectation and performance. In summary, this course is the ideal preparation for a management role at the senior level.

What is included in the fee

This course is a residential programme and includes additional group evening work designed to enhance the learning process. It is therefore advisable, but not mandatory, for delegates to stay at the venue. The venue used has been hand selected and provides the most effective combination of learning environment and value for money. Unless otherwise advised, delegates will be booked into the venue and will therefore be required to settle their bed, breakfast and evening meal costs with the venue upon departure.
