Description of Course

The course duration is two days and the time is split between tutorial sessions and practical skill development. Under the guidance of the tutor, delegates will have the opportunity to practice training sessions. But first, the course covers the nature of training, the trainer's role and how people learn. Next comes how to design a training programme with particular emphasis on interactive dynamic learning. This is followed by a session on the techniques of handling questions and dealing with trainee's reactions to the session.
