Description of Course
This one-day minute taking training workshop provides a structured review of the process of taking and creating effective minutes. Starting with identifying the responsibilities of the minute taker, then looking at how to take good meeting notes in the meeting and ending with the production of the minutes themselves, the course uses a variety of group and individual exercises to practice the skills necessary for success at each stage.
