Description of Course
In this new two day practical course the methods of project work are explained, and then through case studies and exercises the practical work is used to help understanding. Delivering a project on time and within budget is often very challenging requiring a team to work in close co-operation with each other and other members of staff. All of the phases of a project are explained with examples of each phase and how they interlink with the whole project. The jargon of project work is explained and the techniques specific to project management are illustrated in easy to understand detail.
