Who Will Benefit From This Course?

This course is for managers and staff who are involved in single or multiple project work.

Delegates do not have to be a dedicated project manager to attend this course. Many people attend to gain an understanding of good project management principles so they can manage their worklosads and tasks more effectively.

This is a two-day practical course. The methods of project work are explained and case studies and practical exercises used to help understanding.
