The negotiations skills training course consists of discussion, exercises, negotiation games and questionnaires. Topics covered include how to enter negotiation in the best way then breaks down each phase of the negotiation process. Over three days delegates learn how to deal with difficult buyers. They also learn how to minimise costly mistakes in the negotiation process.

Course numbers are limited to identify each individuals approach and allow the tutors to work on the detail and give advice on self development.
